Exchange Teacher Training is an accredited provider of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).

It is founded upon a well-established partnership of credible schools and multi-academy trusts across Yorkshire and the North East, united by a shared moral purpose to improve the quality of education in the communities we serve. Our partnership is committed to the importance of 'exchange': sharing our knowledge, skills and expertise generously for the benefit of children.

Exchange Teacher Training is accredited to Delta Academies Trust, comprising 63 high performing academies across Yorkshire and the Humber – and beyond. Together with our partners, we offer an ambitious, evidence-informed programme to develop reflective practitioners who will inspire the next generation and improve lives.   

Preparing our trainees for successful careers in teaching is at the heart of what we do.
